In light of successful and peaceful marches around the world on January 21st, the Women’s March coalition has launched the “10 Actions, for the first 100 Days” campaign to continue political intervention.

As mentioned on the website, “Every 10 days we will take action on an issue we all care about, starting today.”

The first task (out of ten) is to send our senators political notes detailing our concerns and why.

Ending gender-based violence, reproductive rights and women’s health, LGBTQIA rights, worker’s rights, civil rights, immigrant rights, religious freedom, environmental justice are suggested topics.

They’re even offering free postcards available to download and conveniently print at home or a local print shop. Use the #WhyIMarch tag when posting your postcard to social media.

Do it in your jammies with some coffee on the side. Gather your friends and have drinks/snacks while writing. Make it fun!

Most importantly, what will you write about?
